Shipping policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business* days following successful payment. Orders are shipped with Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx according to the shipping method chosen during the checkout process.

Bootown's Games and Hobbies does not claim responsibility for lost packages. We have multiple options during checkout (Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost, Priority) that include tracking and insurance for your order. By choosing this service you assume all risk for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

You will be automatically be sent tracking information (if applicable) by email upon fulfillment of your order by Bootown's Games and Hobbies.

We offer free shipping on orders of over $249.95 CAD before tax in Canada and the United States. Store Credit does not count towards the $249.95 minimum. Can not be combined with any other discounts.

Tracking may take a few days to reflect if your order's destination is outside of Ontario.

*1-3 additional business days may be required during high volume periods (Ex. Christmas)

Store credit cannot be used to cover any shipping fees.

The following products have legal, or manufacturer or distributor-imposed restrictions on where and/or how they can be shipped:

Current/In-Print Magic Sealed Product: Shipping only permitted within Canada

Aerosols: Pickup and Local Delivery only

If an order is placed with us in an effort to circumvent these restrictions, the account holder will be contacted about the cancellation of their order.
